Nic has been nagging me to put pictures of what I've done to our kitchen table on the blog so he can see. So I have added a couple of slideshows of pics for Nic. I can't really blame the guy, I can't imagine being in Iraq and missing out on all of the stuff going on at home big or small.

Dinglehoppers, sitting up, and dryers!

I haven't posted anything about my kids in a long time but it's not because there is a lack of content. My kids have been doing all kinds of crazy and fun things lately. For starters Taelynn has discovered the classic " The Little Mermaid" and of course with that the dinglehopper and snarflat. Thanks to Ariel I am constantly catching her sneaking into my silverware drawer and then proceeding to comb her hair with a fork. Bet Disney didn't see that one coming. lol Max has also mastered rolling over both ways and is working on sitting up. He can sit up without any assistance for about 15 seconds tops thanks to his impressive size. That kid is like an anvil. Lately Taelynn is into copying EVERYTHING I do. After watching me feed Max just one time she decided she was going to feed her baby. I caught her shoveling mouthfuls of egg salad straight from the fridge to her doll's mouth meanwhile spooning huge bites into her own mouth every now and then. The other day I was calling for her to come here and she yelled from the other room "I can't" . I asked her to come again and she kept telling me "I can't". I was starting to get really annoyed thinking she was just learning how to tell me no another way. Well I went in and she was trapped in the dryer. She had climbed in and gotten herself stuck by the lint collector. She looked at me, smiled and said "see I can't". That's about the time I felt stupid. I thought I had a few more years until my kids started to get the best of me.
