It's Dangerous....

What dangerous activity am I talking about? Sky diving perhaps? Cliff jumping? Swimming with sharks? Nope, nada, none of the above. Baby hunger! It hit me with a bad case when Max started nursery and other "big boy" behaviour. There were new babies everywhere!!! What was a girl to do? At church all I could do (besides wrestle with my kids to behave) was stare at all the babies. So much so that I'm sure I freaked all their moms out. Little snuggly babies who smile at you like your the best thing in the universe. Very much unlike my toddler (tear) who now thinks he is the boss and is completely positive that I get in the way of his personal agenda for trouble. We had some close friends who had a baby. I was sure going over to their house and holding their newborn would cure me of my baby hunger. I would get my fill and that would be that. The second I held their little girl I knew I was in trouble. My case of hunger just got worse not better. So in my insanity I said to Nic, "let's try to have another baby". Shortly after Thanksgiving we found out #3 was indeed on the way. And that's when the panic struck in. We'll have to get a bigger car.....possibly a mini van (gasp). 3 kids under 5! I'll only be 24 with 3 kids! How am I going to grocery shop?

In all honesty I feel extremely blessed to be having another baby. I'd be lying if I said I didn't worry or have moments of anxiety. However, I love being a mom more than anything else and my kids have blessed my life in ways I never thought possible. I know it will all work out in the end mini van and all :) Nic couldn't be more excited or supportive. So bring on 3!
